Managing Director of Europe

As Head of Global Capital Markets, Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction of the Capital Markets business and for the continuous international expansion of our platform. Accordingly, he spends a significant amount of time assisting intercontinental investors in their disposal and acquisition requirements around the world. Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in real estate investment and despite his title, remains actively focused on transactions. Andrew set up the European Capital Markets team in 1999 to service the multi-sector acquisition and sales requirements of international investors throughout Europe. Since then, the team has been involved with numerous portfolios as well as individual transactions from Portugal to Poland, and Finland to Greece. Andrew has also recently been appointed as Managing Director of Europe overseeing the management and development of our European business.
