Marco Colomer Barrigón is the Chairman and Managing Director of Grupo Pryconsa, a group of property and construction companies. Founded in 1965, Pryconsa is one of the most important groups in the sector, among the leaders in rental property management and urban planning management, providing comprehensive property services of every kind including housing cooperative management, and is involved in developing renewable energies in Spain and abroad.
He is also Chairman of Grupo Coivisa, which is also a group of property development and construction companies that also manage rental property. He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Isla Canela, S.A., a company specialising in property development and urban planning management within the tourism sector. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Business Studies from ICADE and is a member of the Regional Advisory Board of Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A.

He has been a Board member of other companies in different industries, including the food industry (from 1985 to 1990), such as Jamones de Montánchez (Jamosa), Icomost and Vegajardin; he was a member of the Board of Banco Popular Español from 1989 to 1991; and a member of the Global Advisory Council for investors of Chase Manhattan Private Bank, now J. P. Morgan.
