CEO

Enrique is the head of the business strategy and operations in Spain.

His experience in the financial, real estate and technological fields has allowed him to lead the transformation process of JLL Spain, whose objective is to become a digital company that provides real estate services rather than a traditional real estate intermediary. 

He has a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and PDG from the IESE Business School. He joined JLL in 2015 to lead the Investor Division, from Santander Bank where he was responsible for managing the real estate area in the mergers and acquisitions department.

He has more than twenty years of professional experience in the financial and real estate markets and has worked in the corporate finance segment, identifying, structuring and executing mergers and acquisitions and real estate debt operations, and has also provided advice to the private banking divisions and companies He began his career at Société Générale as a trader of Equity Derivatives.

Managing Director, Work Dynamics

Borja oversees the area of ​​business advice for Spain, Italy and Portugal

Borja oversees the area of ​​real estate advice to companies and institutions for Southern Europe (Spain, Italy and Portugal). He is also responsible for managing customer relations (CRM) for international accounts.

He has always considered that the Corporate Real Estate segment is one of the main catalysts for the future of JLL, given that organizations are giving value to the proper management of their real estate assets and how this affects their workforce and, therefore, their productivity and its results. He is convinced that technology and digital solutions are driving a rapid change in the way and place where customers work and therefore, one of his priorities is to try to take advantage of JLL's important international platform and its solid commitment to investment. on the digital level in order to help these clients to turn this change into an opportunity to attract and preserve talent and operate with maximum efficiency.

Bachelor of Finance in Boston and with an MBA, he has worked in the financial sector until joining JLL in 2006.

He loves spending time with his three children and his wife, playing sports and as soon as he can, he escapes to the countryside.

Markets Director

Adriana has spent most of her professional career in the Human Resources area. Until April 2022 she was responsible for HR in the Southern Europe cluster (Spain, Portugal, Italy and Israel) of JLL, at which point she decided to take on new challenges, taking on the management of the Markets area of JLL and returning to her origins as an economist by training.

She has lived in Madrid for almost 20 years and enjoys working in international environments, perhaps because she grew up in Argentina and in her professional life she has worked with people from all over the world. One of her most enriching professional experiences was the time she spent in China working for a multinational company.

Adriana's vast experience in talent management, coupled with her ability to understand human nature, gives her a unique vision when it comes to leading the Markets area.

Director of Capital Markets

Sergio has been head of the Investors Division since June 2018. Under this responsibility, he has been able to bring to the business a new vision inherited from his experience working on the client side. Sergio joined JLL in 2015, where he came to lead the company's retail operations.

He started his career at CPU Consulting in Lisbon, in the valuation and consulting department. He then worked as an asset manager at Unibail Rodamco and Sonae Sierra, and subsequently held the position of Director of Asset Management Western Europe for Metro Properties, with direct responsibilities in Spain, Portugal France and Italy.

With a degree in Management, Planning and Tourism from the University of Aveiro (Portugal), this Portuguese raised and educated in France transmits the best of both cultures to his teams.

Enthusiastic and dynamic, he is a man of action who loves his four girls: his wife and three young daughters.

Head of Valuations

Silvia joined JLL in May 2015, as COO, assuming the direction of the Corporate area. In 2018, she also took over as CFO for Southern Europe, including Spain, Portugal and Italy. In 2019, she was appointed Head of Valuations at JLL in Spain.

With a degree in Business Studies from CEU San Pablo, after completing postgraduate studies in Sales and Marketing Management, she began her professional career in a group of companies in the construction sector under the auspices of El Corte Inglés. From there, his professional development revolved around the world of catering and franchising, first within the Telepizza group, then Burger King, ending in 2010 in Grupo Restalia.

During these almost twenty years in the world of franchising, Sílvia has acquired experience in the leadership and management of the different departments that make up the corporate area, from the financial, human resources, legal, information systems and strategy departments, with international responsibility and experience, including different countries in Europe and America.

Married, and mother of two children, she enjoys spending her free time with her family, visiting remote countries which she enjoys more intensely with her teenage children, or taking long walks in the countryside. She loves cooking and singing.
