Carmine is the Global Chairman and CEO of EY, one of the largest professional services organizations in the world with over 280,000 people in more than 150 countries. Prior to being elected to his current post, Carmine served as EY Global Managing Partner – Client Service, leading the execution of the global strategy in our four geographical areas and four service lines.
Carmine has spearheaded our innovation efforts, including leading a US$1 billion investment in new technology solutions over a two-year timeframe announced in August 2018. He helped to create the Global Innovation team to redefine how EY uses technology to both transform existing services and create new solutions. As a leader of our acquisitions and alliances strategy, he has helped expand EY offerings in a wide range of new and emerging fields.
Since joining EY in 1985, he has served as an Advisory and Assurance partner for many of our largest financial services accounts. He held several leadership positions, including Chair of the Global Financial Services Markets Executive and Regional Managing Partner for the Americas Financial Services Organization (FSO), where he started EY Risk Management and Regulatory Services.
Carmine earned a BA in Chemistry from Colgate University as well as an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He is a practicing CPA.

Carmine is a member of the board of Focusing Capital on the Long Term (FCLT) to encourage a long-term focus in business which can drive inclusive growth. He plays an active role in the World Economic Forum (WEF), serving as a member of its International Business Council. Carmine co-chairs the Russia Foreign Investment Advisory Council (FIAC) with Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, is a member of the International Business Leaders Advisory Council (IBLAC) to the Mayor of Shanghai, and is a member of the Washington, DC-based US Business Roundtable.
Carmine also serves on the boards of the Foundation for Empowering Citizens with Autism and Family Promise. Additionally, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of Colgate University.

As EY Global Vice Chair – Tax, Kate oversees all aspects of EY’s Tax strategy and operations, people development, client relations, quality control, risk management, thought leadership, knowledge and learning. She also leads the EY Tax Executive Committee.
Kate brings deep and relevant experience to the role, having extensive, proven experience in providing international tax services and working with large multinational, public companies. In addition, she has helped companies develop and implement domestic and international tax planning and compliance strategies.
Kate received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Management from Boston University; a Juris Doctor degree in Tax Law and Taxation from Boston College Law School, Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif; and an LLM in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.

I mentor a number of our women tax professionals and worked to launch EY’s inaugural ‘Women in Tax’ networking event to connect other professionals with potential business mentors. I’m also on the Board of the All Stars Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting youth development through after-school and cultural performance activities.”

As EY Global Managing Partner — Client Service, Andy leads the execution of our global strategy. He has overall responsibility for our three geographic areas and four service lines so that our 200,000 client servers can provide exceptional service wherever our clients do business.
Previously, Andy was EY Area Managing Partner — EMEIA, leading on and executing EY’s strategic priorities, which includes transforming the business by driving greater integration across the Area, strengthening the focus on sector, accelerating the build-out of new EY offerings and preparing for the future of work.
Since joining EY in 1993, he has served as a senior advisor to many of EY’s largest clients. His experience spans the financial services industry, with deep knowledge of the European market and insurance industry. He has led on many technology-enabled business transformations, post-merger integrations and organizational restructuring. He has an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Cranfield University in the UK, as well as professional qualifications in marketing and risk from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Chartered Insurance Institute.
